1. Features

• Low capacitance
• High Holding Current Ih = 150mA
• Peak Pause Current Ipp = 100A at 10x1000µs
• Temperature range from -40?C to +85?C
• Peak Off Stage Voltage (VDRM) : range from 6V to 320V
• Switching Voltage (VS): range from 25V to 400V

2. Applications:

Co values for the TWEOS4xx MC device are 40 percent lower than a standard part. Typically for high speed connections, such as xDSL and T1/E1, require a lower capacitance.

Common applications includes:
• Central office line cards ( SLICs)
• T-1/ E-1, ISDN, and xDSL transmission equipment
• Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) such as phones, modems, and caller ID adjunct boxes
• PBXs, KSUs, and other switches
• Primary protection including main distribution frames, five-pin modules,
building entrance equipment, and station protection modules
• Data lines and security systems
• CATV line amplifiers and power inserters
• Sprinkler systems

3. Electrical Parameters

• Listed TWEO4xx MC devices are bi-directional. All electrical parameters and surge ratings apply to forward and revere polarities.
• All measurements are made at an ambient temperature of 25?C. Ipp applies to -40?C through +85?C temperature range.
• Ipp is a repetitive surge rating and is guaranteed for the life of the product.
• VDRM is measured at 100 V/µs.
• VS is measured at 100V/µs
• Special voltage (Vs and VDRM ) and holding current (IH ) requirements are available upon request.
• Off- state capacitance (CO) is measured at 1MHz with a 2V bias.

4. Surge Rating:

* Current waveform in µs
** Voltage waveform in in µs
